Health Guarantee
 
We here at VONHINTZ GERMAN SHEPHERDS offer a limited health guarantee. Your puppy has been well cared for and is in excellent health to the best of our knowledge. There are a number of variables that contribute to the puppy’s well being that are beyond our control once you take the puppy from our premises. The Buyer must have the puppy checked by his or her veterinarian with in 72 hours of taking possession. If your puppy has any congenital health problems or conditions, you may return him or her for a replacement puppy with a written diagnosis from your vet as to the nature and severity of the problem. The buyer will be responsible for any and all veterinary bills from the time the buyer takes possession. The veterinary check must to be done within 72 hours of your purchase in order to obtain a replacement puppy. This guarantee does not include negligence or injury on your part while in your care. Seller (VONHINTZ GERMAN SHEPHERDS) is not responsible for loss or injury to the puppy once it leaves the seller’s actual possession. In the event that the replacement puppy is necessary, the first available puppy will be provided from the first available litter and will be of equal or better quality. If a puppy is to be replaced, then it must be returned With all papers including AKC registration and proof of all veterinarian visits. the replacement puppy must be picked up at the owner/buyers expense. Routine care and shots are vital to maintain the health of your puppy. buyer must continue the shots and de-worming schedule we have started. This health guarantee does not include illness caused by lack of proper vaccinations. buyer must not take there new puppy out into the public; pet stores, family and friends, parks etc… until vaccinated. This is a limited replacement warranty. No refunds are given for any reason.

Hips and elbows are guaranteed to pass OFA at 24 months.
